We ship within India from our New Delhi office via Blue Dart & shipping is currently free for all over the world. Once your item has been processed & dispatched it is usually delivered within 3-7 working days*.
*As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment to these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Shipping Processing Time
On the product page for each item, you'll see a dispatch estimate. E.g. within 4 weeks. Some of the items are already in stock and they ship much quicker.
However some items are made to order & are manufactured based on your measurements, which takes a longer time. In case you have questions regarding the shipment time please email us firstname.lastname@example.org
Orders Multiple Objects
If your order has multiple products with different dispatch dates, all the products are shipped as one shipment, once all products in your order are ready.
However, if you wish to receive some products earlier, please email us at email@example.com with your order number, we shall do the needful.
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgment. This will be followed by another e-mail once we have verified your payment details and approved your order for shipping.
In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an e-mail detailing the issue and possibly requesting further information.
You will receive regular e-mail updates on the delivery status of your order.
